Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TRAVA BALI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRAVA BALI. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  • Terms apply to all services, bookings, and interactions
  • We reserve the right to modify terms with notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Terms are governed by Indonesian law

User Eligibility and Account

  • 30% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking
  • Full payment due 30 days before departure date
  • Prices quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • Rates subject to change until deposit received
  • Credit card fees and bank charges borne by customer
  • Special rates and promotions may have different terms
  • Group booking discounts available for 10+ guests

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information
  • Ensure valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Obtain required visas and permits
  • Declare any medical conditions or dietary requirements
  • Comply with local laws, customs, and regulations
  • Respect cultural sensitivities and customs
  • Follow tour guides' instructions and safety guidelines
  • Maintain adequate travel and medical insurance
  • Arrive on time for scheduled activities
  • Responsible behavior during all activities

Tour Operations

TRAVA BALI reserves the right to:

  • Modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons
  • Substitute accommodations of similar standard
  • Cancel or combine tours if minimum numbers not met
  • Decline or remove participants for safety/behavior
  • Adjust prices for currency fluctuations/taxes

Cancellations and Changes

Our cancellation policy includes:

  • Refer to Refund Policy for cancellation terms
  • Date changes subject to availability and fees
  • Name changes permitted with administrative fee
  • No refunds for unused services/activities

Liability and Disclaimers

TRAVA BALI is not liable for:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, weather, political unrest)
  • Personal injury, illness, or death during activities
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Third-party service provider actions or omissions
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Visa rejections or immigration issues
  • Personal decisions to abandon or modify tour
  • Medical conditions or pre-existing health issues

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
