At TRAVA BALI, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.

Standard Cancellation & Refund Terms

Our standard refund schedule is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring we can maintain our service quality and commitments to our local partners.

Refund Schedule:

  • Cancellation 60+ days before departure: 100% refund less administrative fee
  • Cancellation 30-59 days before departure: 90% refund
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 70% refund
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Administrative fee: IDR 500,000 per booking

Deposit & Payment Terms

  • Initial deposit: 30% of total package price
  • Full payment required 30 days before departure
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of departure
  • Special promotional rates may have different payment terms

Special Circumstances

Full refunds (less administrative fee) may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions affecting the destination
  • Official travel restrictions or advisories issued by governments
  • Serious illness or injury (requiring hospitalization, with medical documentation)
  • Death in immediate family (parent, spouse, child, sibling)
  • Military deployment or jury duty (with official documentation)
  • Bankruptcy or cessation of travel supplier services

Documentation must be provided within 7 days of cancellation request.

Package Modifications

Changes to existing bookings are subject to the following terms:

  • Date changes: Free up to 30 days before departure, then IDR 1,000,000 fee
  • Package upgrades: Available anytime without penalty
  • Package downgrades: Subject to standard cancellation terms
  • Name changes: IDR 500,000 fee per person

Processing Time

After approval, refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Domestic bank transfers: 3-5 business days
  • International wire transfers: 7-10 business days
  • Digital wallets: 2-3 business days

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Log into your TRAVA BALI account
  2. Navigate to "My Bookings" section
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click the "Request Cancellation" button
  5. Fill out the cancellation form with required details
  6. Upload any supporting documentation
  7. Submit your request

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.

Note: Our refund policy operates independently of any travel insurance coverage. Claims should be submitted directly to your insurance provider.
